Wanted to share a quick Recipe with you. I make the best jerk chicken in the world lol, or so I’ve been told. This is quick and easy and you can swap things out for even more healthier options. Enjoy!
What you need:
Boneless Chicken Breast
Jerk Chicken Seasoning. ( I got the Spicy option)
Spring lettuce mix
Freshly Sliced Tomatoes
For Seasoning sauce: white vinegar, sriracha and salt
Tortilla wrap ( use spinach or whole wheat for a healthier option)
- I seasoned the chicken overnight with the jerk seasoning. You need nothhing else, it is well balanced.
- Fry the chicken until it is well cooked. I seared mine on the hot plate and sliced it in two half way through so that it will cook thoroughly.
- To make the sauce, simply combine olive oil, sriracha, white vinegar and salt in a bowl and mix.
Place the dressing into your spring mix and toss it until its well mixed.
Assemble: layer all the items like below and enjoy!!!
