Happy Friday! I don’t know about you, but i am always in a better mood when i know the weekend is here. This by far has to be one of my go to breakfast meals. It is absolutely delicious and takes no time at all to make. Be sure to give it a try and comment below what you think. This dish can be made without meat for those of you who are vegetarians or trying to be a bit more health conscious.
