Off-The Shoulder Ruffles

Dear Stylers,

It has been a crazy week thus far. Emotionally and physically draining at best. However, i am glad the weekend is here. I will be going to see my family today and spending some well needed time with my best friend and my nephew, Gabriel. I remember the last time i really spoke about him was when he was a baby.He is now almost 3 years old and i just cannot believe it!

Moving on, i am absolutely obsessed with everything off shoulder and this dress from SheIn just spoke to me. I think the split in the front was a tad bit too high but other than that i love everything about it. I also think this would be great with a black long line cardigan and a belt. Perhaps with the ruffles peaking through the sleeves. One fashion trick i give to people is to always make sure that you can wear everything you own in at least 3 different ways. That is the best way to expand your closet without necessarily having to buy so much. If you love this dress as much as i do, get it HERE!

Enjoy your Halloween,

Stylishly, Elle.

Simply Zara

Dear Stylers,

Just another short post for you guys. I purchased these pants recently from zara and to be honest i like it better without heels because it drags on the floor and you all know i love me some long pants. I pared it with this lace top from charlotte russe! Yes, what a great and unexpected find it was. Don’t sleep on these small stores, i mean i wouldn’t fill my whole closet with items from such stores but one item here and there as transition pieces is a great idea. Plus, i love the price! $19.99 for a crop top that fits these breast…yes please!

Black Magic

Dear Stylers,

I hope it has been a good week for everyone. Last week i was swamped with getting accumulated with school and first exams (it put me off track a bit) but i am now getting used to my new work and school schedule. I now work independently with 2 companies which allows me to structure my own schedule and have more time for the things i love like creating content for you guys. My hopes is to be able to build a strong blog especially now that i have the time. This all black look is a favorite of mine. I love monochromatic looks and i try not to complicate things too much. I will link the sites where i got the items from as they may not be readily available but will provide you with and idea of where to shop for a similar look.

Ps, still rocking the natural curls.

Gray Hues

Dear Stylers,

I hope you have all been having such a beautiful week. School has started for me and has thrown my schedule into chaos, but not to worry, all i need is some reorganization and to stay on track with blogging. As promised, i wanted to share with you at least one fashion post and one food post each week. This weeks food recipe will be posted on Friday so stay tuned for that delicious number! This look is simple, i love monochromatic looks and i realize that it is primarily my style, so prepare yourself for an overhaul of that this year 🙂 The Details of each look will always be posted at the end of each post. If the items are still available, it will be a clickable link so you can purchase, if not i will always try to find the closest match to the item and post that instead. All in all, i hope these looks are an inspiration for your style.

Ps, i have started to enjoy rocking my natural hair!

Stylishly, Elle.
